Subscription Plans: We offer four membership tiers: Rookie (Basic), Starter (Standard), All-Star (Premium), and MVP (Premium Plus).

Rookie and Starter plans are available for monthly and annual billing.

All-Star and MVP plans are only available for annual billing.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@tivecrea.org for refund inquiries.

6. User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of content submitted to the platform.

By submitting content, you grant tiveCrea, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote the content on our Services and social media channels.

Age Requirement: By accessing or using CourtMapping, users affirm that they are at least 13 years old. Users under the age of 18 affirm that they have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent to use the platform.

Acknowledgment of Responsibility: Before accessing subscription plans or completing the sign-up process, users are required to review our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, which clearly outline the platform’s age and parental consent requirements. By proceeding with registration, users confirm that they meet these requirements and accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

Liability Disclaimer: CourtMapping is not liable for any misrepresentation of age or parental consent provided by users. It is the sole responsibility of the user (or their parent/guardian, if applicable) to ensure compliance with these requirements.

By accessing and using CourtMapping, users and their guardians agree to these terms and accept the responsibility for providing accurate information.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Dover, Delaware.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, access will be revoked, and data will be retained or deleted as required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

tiveCrea, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tiveCrea, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
